SHIPPING

Hair CULTURE offers Free USPS Standard shipping when the subtotal is greater than or equal to $50.00, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii. Terms are subject to change without notice.  

Hair CULTURE ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS. Orders are processed 2-3 business days  and shipped in 2-3   business days.  On average, customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Hair Culture offers domestic shipping 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not begin processing until Monday.  We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, and PO address.

**Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season or promotional sales events you may experience extended processing time up to 10 business days.**

SHIPPING DELAYS

All orders are subject to order verification and security checks. Orders must be verified before shipping. Orders where the billing address differs from the shipping address may be subjected to security checks in which can delay your order. When using PayPal, we suggest customers ship to address that is confirmed on pay pal site. We suggest customers use same billing address as ship address to prevent shipping delays due to mandatory verification checks. We suggest checking out using PayPal if the billing address differs from the shipping address to prevent order delay.

Note any purchases over $200 must be verified with proper physical photos of the customer’s ID as well as the card used for purchase before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. Hair CULTURE cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. No exceptions.

Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment.

Hair CULTURE is not liable for shipping delays due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays, order verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on our website.
